It was 2003, and we were traveling through Tuscany, sampling the best cheeses, pastas, herbs, meats, seafood and pizzas in the world, and we knew that Tampa needed a restaurant that blends Italian cuisine with the modern bustle of a New World urban lifestyle.
BellaBrava: New World Trattoria was born in 2005 in downtown Saint Petersburg, where our Tuscan dreams have come alive! New World Trattoria: Less formal than a ristorante, our service is casual, our prices remain low, and our emphasis is on a steady clientele rather than haute cuisine.
Old world flavor mingles with new world flair here. From seafood to traditional pasta, pizzas, and more, we are positive everyone will find something delicious to savor! Our unique Woodstone ovens cook delicious flatbreads, pizzas, and calzones. Our ingredients are fresh, often locally sourced, and evoke the flavors of Tuscany and other delicious cuisines from Italy.
